Best described as a "Mini" Director. Administrators bridge the gap between the Director and Moderators. They provide leadership and support while also taking on practical tasks that keep the community running smoothly. They are senior members of our team that have experience moderating on Wingbeats.

• Handle issues that arise within the community and assist in enforcing rules.

• Train new staff members, sharing their experience and knowledge.

Moderator
Recent trainees stepping into a full moderation role. All of that training is now come into play! Moderators play a vital role in keeping the community healthy and enjoyable. Their training equips them to handle issues effectively and promote a welcoming atmosphere.

Assistant
Trainees in training for future roles. Assistants are the future of the community management team. Their primary focus on learning prepares them for more significant responsibilities. Think of them as users that are training to be staff!
